Giving back to our community comes naturally. We strive to support local organizations which focus on health and human services, education, environmental preservation, hunger relief, the arts, community awareness and animal compassion. All requests for community support in the form of grants or sponsorships for consideration by Liberty Event Rentals or any of its affiliated regional foundations must be submitted through our online application system. Those proposals meeting specific guidelines, and further our strategic goals and objectives, will be considered for funding. Applications that are faxed or mailed will be returned to the organization with an invitation to apply through the online application. Please help us serve you and our community better by submitting your applications according to the following required guidelines:

  • Complete the Liberty Event Rentals Donation Request Application below.
  • Attach a copy of your organization’s federally issued letter certifying non-profit 501(c)3 status.
  • Submit the application at least 8 weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.

* Please remember, applications that do not meet all of the above requirements will automatically be declined. Due to the enormous response, we cannot respond to phone calls or emails regarding the status of your application
